Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SkinDrop and every purchase you make on it. The service is operated by NOVATORA MARKETPLACE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17451698, with its registered office at 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, United Kingdom ("NOVATORA MARKETPLACE LTD", "we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Delivery Policy.

1. What we sell

We sell virtual in-game items for Counter-Strike 2 ("items" or "skins") at the fixed price shown on each item page — fixed meaning no bidding and no random outcome. NOVATORA MARKETPLACE LTD is the seller and merchant of record for every order. We buy each item on your behalf from a third-party peer-to-peer marketplace (currently Waxpeer), whose seller delivers it to your Steam account as a Steam trade offer. We do not sell cases, capsules, keys or any other sealed container, and we offer no lootboxes, upgrades, battles, betting or other games of chance. Items cannot be sold back to us or exchanged for cash.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter a binding contract, and hold a Steam account in good standing that is able to trade. You may not use the service if you are subject to sanctions or located in a comprehensively sanctioned country or region (currently Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk and non-government-controlled Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine), or where buying virtual items is prohibited.

3. Your account

You can sign in with Steam or with an email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and your Steam trade URL correct. One person may hold one account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, chargeback abuse, money laundering or breaches of these terms.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). You are never charged more than the total shown at checkout. If we cannot buy the item at that price — for example because the market price has moved or the last one has sold — you get the full amount back: refunded to your card on request, or kept as account balance if you prefer to choose another item. You pay by Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card, or from your account balance. Card payments are processed by our payment service provider over an encrypted connection; your bank may ask you to confirm the payment with 3-D Secure. We never see or store your full card number. Your bank may apply its own foreign-exchange or cross-border fees.

5. Account balance

Your balance holds money from orders that could not be delivered, in USD. You can spend it on another item or have it refunded to the card it came from, as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. It earns no interest, cannot be transferred to another account and cannot be withdrawn as cash.

6. Delivery

After payment we buy the item and a trade offer is sent to your Steam trade URL, usually within 1–10 minutes. You must accept the offer in Steam. Details, timings and what happens when delivery fails are set out in the Delivery Policy.

7. Cancellation and refunds

If an item is not delivered — the supplier cannot fill the order, the offer expires, or you decline it — the full price is returned to your balance automatically. Items are digital content supplied immediately at your request: by ticking the box at checkout you agree to immediate supply and acknowledge that, once you accept the Steam trade offer, you lose the statutory right to cancel. 8. Chargebacks

If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us first at support@skinsdrop.store — we answer within 24 hours and resolve most issues within 2 business days, usually faster than a bank dispute. You can always dispute a charge with your bank; if the item was delivered to your Steam account we will share the delivery record with the bank, and we may suspend the account while the dispute is open.

9. Steam and third parties

Delivery depends on Steam. Trade holds, private inventories, VAC or trade bans and other Steam restrictions can prevent delivery; in that case the order is refunded to your balance, but we cannot lift the restriction. SkinDrop is powered by Steam and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve Corporation. Counter-Strike, Steam and related marks are trademarks of Valve Corporation.

10. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for fraud, money laundering, to buy on behalf of minors, with a payment card you are not authorised to use, or in breach of the Steam Subscriber Agreement. We may ask for identity documents under our AML & KYC Policy and may refuse or reverse orders that fail those checks.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for losses caused by Steam, by your Steam account settings, or by events outside our reasonable control.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; the version shown when you place an order applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory rights you have in the country where you live.
